After the block sanding was completed (on this part anyway), I shot 3M Shutz on the bottom of the floor followed by 1 coat of DP74LF for a sealer, 2 coats of Concept DBU in the color of choice (yeah, I know its not purple), and finally 2 coats of Concept DCU2021 clear.
